Yet to get connection after one month of follow up with Chella Agecy -Indan Gas Distributor Chennai-59

Dear Sir/MAdam

Like to draw your attention that even after one month follow up with the Gas Distributor -Chella Agency, Seliyur, Tambram (East), Chennai, for the TV 2144600000293 from Kolkatta to Chennai dt.29/07 from 5th of Aug'2010 onwards. I have yet to suceed to get the connection. And also they are not providing to me the correct information regarding when they will be going to issue regulator and cylinder.

I have been trying the IOCL area inspector no, it was never answered nor reachable. This is standard of Indian Government PSU which is having status of Navaranta.

Request you kindly guide me how to proceed to get connection at the earliest.
