Gas cylinder not received

Dear Sir,

I had booked for a refill cylinder through tomogas on 17-01 and the Booking No. was 1. Every alternative days, I was checking the status, but I was not getting. Finally, I called the Gas Agency, M/S. Al Ameen Gas Agency, Shoranur on 24th ultimo, then I was told that they do not have the online booking facility and they have booked again on the 24th ultimo. Now, gas cylinder is empty and our cooking is being done without gas.

In the online, I have seen the agency name and sap code etc. that was why I booked. If there is no such facility, why do you show all these details. We are waiting since the last 45 days. In our home, there is one accident person also and every now and then hot water is required.

Considering the above facts, would you request the gas agency to supply one refilled cylinder at your earliest, for which I shall be grateful to you.
