Non delivery of refil within 15 days of booking

Sir,

I am a bonafide customer of Indane gas bearing consumer no. A30277 through the authorised distributor M/s B.W.C.S. Ltd., Bhubaneswar. I had booked for a refill cylinder on 02/02. However the same has not been deliver till today instead of repeated reminder to distributor & feedback to IOCL through online feedback process on 15/02 vide feed back no.77283. Further, I have also make a complain to state incharge through e-mail on today.

Therfore, you may please help me in this mater.
