Sub: Non Receipt of Second cylinder applid on applied no - w/l no - 121403740000464 dtd 03.09.2008 of our Gas Dealer - Blue Star 43, G.T.Road, Shibtala, Hooghly.

i have visited several time our dealers office, he always saying that after receive the letter from us you will get the second cylinder but can not comment anthing, when i ask them in how many days i received the letter from you, all the time they saying that you received the letter in 15 days.

i am suffering from last 6 months

please look into the matter and
