Delay in supply of gas cylinder refill

I made a request for gas cylinder refill on 18th February and till now i.e. 05th May the gas agency Aparna Indane Services, Puduppariyaram, Muttikulangara (PO), Palakkad, SAP Code 118428, Phone No. 0491-2559086 has not yet delivered the refill. It has already been 78 days that I have booked for the refill. For the last 40 days when I am enquiring, the agency is intimating that it will be delivered today and now more than 78 days have been lapsed. Kindly do the needful.
