False booking - non delivery of cylinde

I am a senior citizen 64 and a practicing Advocate. My consumer No.152059 serviced by Venkatasai Gas Agencies (Indane Gas) Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad 81. Recently I had not booked for supply of a cylinder. Previous booking a month ago was complied with by supply of cylinder then.

I received an sms (19/1) giving booking number (298154). I was alarmed as I had not booked for a cylinder. Then I received another sms (21/1) stating that a cash memo (9590) has been generated and on 24/1 received another sms stating the gas cylinder has been delivered. I was shocked. I booked two complaints on toll free number: One number is 7264. So far I have not received any response to my complaint neither any inquiry was made with me about the false booking and the events thereafter. There is some fraud and a racket going on.
