I was filling petrol for Rs 1000 in IOCL petrol bunk near Udhayam theatre.

When the meter was around Rs 850 one of the attendance distracted me by telling about a dicount scheme.

before I could turn back the meter was set to Zero. Iwas cheated around Rs 150.

This happened at 6.30 pm on Monday 03/01.

Can you tell me to whom to complain.
