Complaint against dealer of gas agency

Dear Sir,

I am Varun Chopra R/O .S-35, Upper Ground Floor, Vijay Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59.contact no. 9971744999 and consumer of Indian oil gas thro M/s Nair Gas Service, Vikas Puri.

My consumer no. is 18659 last cylinder received on 1st Feb after that I have not received any cylinder but in Nair Gas records they have given cylinder in the month of march also by continues follow up from last ten days they were saying every time that it will reach today but till date I have not received. On 29/03/10 when I called up again they told me we have booked your cylinder 2 days before only. After asking what about old cylinder they say we don’t know you can complaint any one.

So please take necessary action as early as possible.
