Non-Delivery of Cylinders

Our Indian Oil Gas dealer Vandana Enterprises, Rajouri Garden, has been a regular culprit for late delivery of cylinders. The gas was last booked on March 23 and has until now not been delivered. It has been the regular feature from its side to deliver the cylinders late.

It is a big issue for us as we have to each and every time go to it personally to tell to deliver the cylinders. The phone lines are always nonfunctional and the phone is never pick up.

Kindly advise what we should do.
