Frauds to the customer by agency

Myself Shanker Lal having GAS CONNECTION no-8443 with D.P. THAKUR, DARYA GA

NJ, N.D.I am facing problems with this agency my son Padam visit the

mentioned address for the comlaint from there he get your Mob. No.--9899240

221 he tried your no many times but no response from your side. My problem

is this that i had booked the GAS last week then on=A001/2 one of agen

cy supplier visit to my residense about gas supply & pickup the cylender from

there by saying that he will be back soon with the cylender that person

name is Rakesh he supply the Gas to my residence on regular basis but that

day is not turn back then my wife Kamla Devi visit at=A0above mentioned add

ress and meet Mr. Thakur about this concern then he say that this is not our

problem as that Rakesh has resign from here 3 days back when she ask for

his address then he says that we don't have any address . this is simply

fraud case which happned in this Agency.

Today when my son Padam visit the same address the ladies at reception ask

to come in the evening with your mother to verify that person, can you tell

me how you help me in this case, as you are the Area Incharge of the

company& this Agency is under your area. The TOLL FREE NO--1600111282 ment

ioned in there office is also doesn"t exist.

What happened in this Agency can you search out, for any other clerification

I am surprised that what ever the information we get from D.P.THAKUR is wrong from reception we get the email address premkumarsakuja@yahoo.com of prem kr sakuja is also wrong when i try to call him at his mob he never respond to customer phone noone of them is ready to take responsiblity about my complaint, above mentioned complait i try to forward to Mr. Sakuja Area Incharge of I.O.C.{GAS} department i unable to mail as his emali address given to us is wrong by D.P.THAKUR office, this shows that something is going wrong in this Agency which they try to escape from the customer.

Your company is branded company but these kind of people is very dangerous for your company.

Kindly help me out in this case to get my cylender back from them & take some strict action against all of them to teach them lesson as soon as possible. For any other clerification in this regrds you can call me at my mentioned mob no.
