Delayed delivery of Gas

This is routine parctice of Ms Jai Jawan Gas Service, dealer of Indane Gas to deliver the Gas very late after repeated requests, phones. I booked my gas on 06/03.But till date I have not received the refill of my booked gas cylinder that I booked through TOMOGAS booking No. 1028.This is not first time but it is a routine practice. This is with the fact when large Nubmers of consumers having LPG connection in dwarka are using PNG only.this is very pathatic how this much delay is justified by dealer and by IOC.Perhaps this is to promote black marketing by both as consumer has to arrange gas from here and there.

I request to all concern to look into matter.
