LPG CYLINDER DELIVERY NOT IN TIME

Dear Sir,

We are having a gas connection with the distributer M/S Deepjyoti Gas Agency (Adabari Tinali Area, Maligon, Guwahati ; Consumer Id-D075). We are constantly facing cylinder delivery problem for many years. On the last occasion we had booking on 17.11.2010 ; till now we have got the delivery of the cylinder inspite of repeated requests and reminders. In the rise of present situation we have to face utmost problem due to unavailability of gas. It is my kind request to you to look into the matter and take necessary action to align the process so as to help us get rid of such kind.
