Service charge without receipt

My Indane Gas dealer "Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency" 213/3, Dum Dum Road, Kolkata 700030, Ph.03325484328 sent a Mechanic Rambilas Kamath by name against a complaint by me about gas leak who charged me Rs twenty for the service but declined to give any receipt. When enquired at the office I was told that it is not required. I had to listen to their advice as otherwise they may do some mischief and I may not get my GAS cylinder in time. I had this alternative to go to internet and find remedy. I heard that no charge should be levied as gas leak case is their concern. May be they know it and therefore do not want to keep any proof.

I could not find "Customer Service" at Kolkkata so that I could lodge a direct complaint to I request you to send this complaint to them OR send me their e-mail addres. Thanks.
