Malpractices at Laxmi Nagar Indian Oil Petrol Pump

This is regarding the regular practice at Akaash auto Centre at District Centre, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

Whenever a 2 wheeler asks them to get the tank filled to full, they fill it to 100 first and then pretend as if they heard only 100.

On asking for filling it further they engage you in IOCL company card offers and other talks and continue with the same reading. At the end they bill the customer saying that the first 100 were apart from the final meter reading.

It could have been beleived once or twice, but everytime same story is repeated.

This way, even if 2-3 customers notice and complaint they still tend to earn huge amount by cheating innocent customers too busy with their routines to notice this. I fell for this initially and lost around Rs 400 before realising what was actually happening.

I request to higher authorites at Indian Oil to take some strict action against these people. Now I am always having doubt at Indian Oil's petrol pump that they cheat the people. They need to improve their services and must stop this curruption.
