Hi there

I am writing into advice you that, the petrol bunk in 53, North Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai 600017 (Landmark: near Panagal Park bus stop, Opposite Sharadha Vidyalaya School, Next to Gold Crest Complex: Reliance Web World) has been cheating customers by filling less petrol and when asked they say the machine cannot round off the value hence he has to do it manually.they have been saying the same reason for the last 6 months. I have experienced this quite a number of times and recently lost my cool and asked him and he was quite rude and tried to ignore me. This incident happened at around 10.30 pm and the manager was not present at the bunk.when asked for the managers mobile number he said he doesn't have his own managers number. This bunk was once closed down for filling adulterated petrol to the customers and looks like they still haven't learnt their lesson.

This might sound like a small thing but the amount of money being earned by filling less petrol is around 35000 per month (0.25p less petrol X 5000 customers minimum = Rs.1250 X 30 days = 35, 000). I please advice you to take this issue very seriously and I quite know that this has been happening in many petrol bunks in and around your own neighbourhood. Please raise your voice and it makes a difference! Or just make sure you pass this message to all your friends and educate them the same!! God Bless India
