The exactly same incident happen to me in same petrol pump (indian oil petrol pump on Karve Road near Nal Stop) I asked the worker to fill the petrol for 100rs. they started taling to each other with the meter was already at 50 rs. they asked me for rs 50. I told them its not filled but they agrued. and then they filled for rs 50 and demanded 100 rs for the same. this petrol pump has some problem with there meter reading. I request the concern authories to look to these types for petrol pumps who are cheating openly the consumers.
