Non-receipt of passport

Sir,

I would like to inform you that I haven't receive my Passport till yet. My passport file number is (DLH-H001631-10). I applied for passport in 04-02. My police verification is also done. But one objection is raised by RPO on my mother's name as it was different. In my DOB certificate my mother name is different then of my educational certificates. This is because of chaning of my mother name during her marriage. But now my father has submit all the documents required in this process. We have submit the affadivits of name change and also a copy of advertisement of my mother's changed name in national newspapers (Both english and Hindi), but still I am not getting my passport.

Please provide me right guidance to solve this issue as I am working in MNC company and require my passport urgently. My passport file is now in Delhi passport office. Please I request you to solve this issue.
