Late Delivery

I had a very important mail to be speedposted to me on 9th Feb from Kolkata to Hyderabad bearing the tracking number EW121560842IN. Today its 15th Feb and the piece has still been not delivered.

When I am checking in the web, the status shows bagged in Gachibowli on 13th Feb.

As I am calling the concerned post-office I do not get clear clarifications.

This is highly frustrating and disappointing.
