Intake of Contract people in maintenance

Sir,

This is to your Kind notice that, our civil aviation has given permit to Pvt companies ex jet airways, Airworks, these companies are taking people in contract basis for Maintenance (which lacks will afect the safety of the Aircrafts), to my knowledge, Bharat Aviation a 3rd party contract company, is taking Maintenance technicians and using them for the Airlines such as jet aiways and Also international airlines, also Now Jet airways is taking Maintenance technicians in daily and monthly basis contract.

So plz take necessary action which may concern the safety of human lifes.

I have sent mail to the RTI, and Ministry of civil aviation and DGCA
