Slowness of Site & Ticket availability

IRCTC is india one & only organisation wich is looking after the booking of tickets through INTERNET.

Till 7.59 AM IRCTC SERVER work extremely well, however as soon time is 8.00 AM (SERVICE UNAVAILABLE) INDICATION IS AVAILABLE even though we are working in broadband of SPEED OF 4 MBPS. However 330 Tickets in Tatkal Quota gets finished at 8.03 AM.

It is impractical to book 330 tickets of single train in a span of 3 minute through window booking/ IRCTC Portal since SERVICE UNAVAILABLE IS THERE FOR ALL THREE MIN IN IRCTC portal.

Same is a case with other train on a route FROM MUMBAI TO DELHI & VISA VERSA & possibly in trains throughout INDIA.

Further speed of IRCTC SERVER REMAINS so slow through out the day that it is nearly impossible to book any kind of ticket.

Compaint to IRCTC HEADS (ED PG- RAILWAYS) is made on the same issue but in vain.

We request you to look into the matter.
