Respected Mam,

I'm a P.g.d.m student. I'm a big fan of you but today when i traveling from syalda that is from jammu to kashmir i seen many T.T were doing business, they charge Rs.50 or more from every passenger as there pocket money for standing in sleeper class and they beet the persons who stands in sleeper class and don't give them money, being a good citizen it is my duty to inform you and i expect you the same.

It is my request that you kindly, take corrective action so passenger can travel in trains freely.
