Loss of motorcycle

Dear sir,

I wanted to parcel my bike from Ernakulam (ERS) to Balaharsha (BPQ) and i have booked the bike at ernakulam on 1/4 to send by Trivandrum -Indoore Ahalyanagri Express. Booking receipt no is 141949 dated on 1/4. On 3/4 i have gone to collect the vehicle and i was known that they couldn't unload the vehicle from train and it was transferred to the further station. So many times i have gone railway station and tried to get information about my vehicle, but the officers in charge were responding very irresponsibly about my problem. Now nobody have no idea about my vehicle.

Sir. am extremely worried about this.. Am requesting you to kindly take necessary actions as soon as possible and help me out to solve my problem
