Wrongly charged by the tte on train

I have booked e-ticket for my father and he was not having the ticket printout, as per indian railway rules a charge of 50/- is being charged to the passenger but the tte has issued a receipt of 1250/- as a full fare for not having the print out from a senior citizen whats the solution for the same
