Regarding Railway Parcel system

I writing about complain against indian railway parcel system. i have booked a parcel (A Hero Honda splendor) thru railways parcel service on 05th Jan. (Billti number K 108320) at Barmer Railway station. It was to send from Barmer to Etawah. distance between them 850 km.

At the time of booking external agencies were asking for extra money to sent that on the same day. But I denied saying that I would pay only the money which is determined by railway. I booked the parcel and I was told that it will be sent in next two days. but till date 23 jan11 i have not received my Bike at Etawah. No body says at Barmer Station and Jodhpur Station about my bike delivery status. I am going to marriage in next month . i fell very sad about Railway parcel system, i think there should also have ONLINE PARCEL BOOKING SYSTEM like railway ticket system. please take necessary action
