BIKE NOT RECEIVED AT BHOPAL

Dear sir,

I booked my Hero HONDA (CD Delux) (reg no-MH-06 AD 628) from MUMBAI (CST) to be delivered at BHOPAL (BPL) having reciept no-B214278 on 25/10.

But it hasn't reached here yet it was loaded in to train 2137 (Punjab Mail) on 26TH which reaches the BPL station on 9;45 next day. It was booked on

.

But sir, till date i haven't recived it. Parcel office says it will reach but when they can't say.

Such type of discouraging replies i get everyday from them. It has caused me lot of anxiety and suffering.

This is the first time i have sent some parcel through railway,

it is very discouraging parcel when officials say they can't trace it.

Please help in getting my bike delivered bhopal station as soon as possible.
