SUBHA YATRA CARD NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir,

This is to infrom you that i have applied for shubhyatra card on irctc on 24/05 but till date i have not received my card. as per irctc tat you will get it within 14 days from the data of apply.when i speak to Customer care they told me to write a mail to shubhyatra@irctc.co.in but i failed to get any response from their team.
