Side upper birth

Dear Sir

Consequent upon removal of side middle birth, Railways should lower the side upper birth to some extent to give relief to its allotee. It is cumbersum for the passenger to utilised that birth during long jurney. I am a regular traveller and i can tell you that most of the passenger are experiencing lot of problems due to this.

An appropriate and immediate action will be highly appreciated.
