Sir,
I am Santosh Kumar Maharana, loss my valuable VIP suitcase (gray color, Big size, with dark green color cover) in SWARAJ EXPRESS (Train No. 2472, standing train, Coach No S3 Seat No 57, 58) at DELHI railway station (Platform No.8) on 04.05.2010 10:10PM. After aware my looseness I have immediately inform to the on-duty railway gun men and also to the patrolling GRP officer. No body was responding me and I got a reply of “THIS IS AN EVERY DAYS ISSUE! To WHOM WE RESOLVE THE ISSUE, ”. Finally I lost my suitcase and I reach my destination station Ratlam for write a FIR against my looseness.
Wherever Employees are engaged for the particular job (To help/cooperate the passengers) response and getting salary for that, the result is HELP & HOPE LESS OF THE PASSENGER. Request to look into the matter and take an action on such type of issue please.
