Waiting list on tatkal tickets

I am writing this compalaint with a very disheartened heart on the poor functioning of one of the worlds longest railway network...

alloting waiting list over the tatkal tickets is such an act of the railway to loot the people at any cost and make their profits to a higher level...

railway is forgetting that they are a public transport service and are behaving worser than a private airline company which even tries to serve the public with the lowest rates for the tickets...
