Missing of hording

I am irfan khan "Authorized associate" of omaxe, countywalk, DLF, Vistara, etc in indore. In indore platform no.3 i displayed 34 boards (02*04) in perpendicular shape for advertisement & duration of advertisement is 06/04 to till date (05/11) or may it will be continue. But one day i've reached platform no.3 to check my boards that time i found my nine boards is missing out of 34.This all bords i displayed under your agent Mr. R.D.mishra.now what to do? what I will take step? plz help me.
