Efund due to non availability of a/c coach with 3225 up on11.06.2009

I had booked for ac reservation in 3225 up intercity exp from sakri to samastipur and in 8182 exp from samastipur to tata with pnr Nos-2621839340 & 6326876146.During travel I found that no AC CHAIR Car was provided in 3225up and no any arrangement was made for reserved tickets. I had to travel in general coach with my family with very difficulty.

Regarding this I claimed for refund at tatanagar station with TDR No-0160650 on 23/6.But even after 14 months I had not received my refund.
