Online reservation

Dear all,

I am really fedup about indian railways IRCTC online ticket reservation, i am trying to book the ticket for past 4 days in takal quota, but every time i am getting service unavailable, every day i am sitting in my computer from 8 AM to 9.30 AM, but no use, ...i dont understand why this option is given by govt? every one is knows all the tickets are getting booked by the agent from the help of railway employee in the counter and also they are getting good commission. Then why online booking option is given? Please ask the govt to remove the option.
