Communication Gap

People who uses to go with reservations & regular they cant communicate to the inquiry (PURULIA Jn-PRR) because for last 3 years the landline phone is out of service.

When we asked for any other number to know about the train status they suggest to dial 139 which is not pure unfriendly to know about the train...

So my complain is that what for the the phone (enquiry no of PURULIA JUNCTION) still missing?
