Sirs, my name is s.r.laddha, ve a punjab national bank debit card no.5048848888010417671.yesterday on april 26 i tried to book a ticket from bandra {bdts} to jodhpur train no.12480 date of travel 10-06, after entering all details sustem demanded security code which i did not knew and i failed to book this ticket.i repeated this exercise 2-3 times.but i could not got it done.

then today i got a message from mobile that Rs.279 deducted from the my bank although i could not book the ticket.please, help me&refund me back this amount in my bank account.
