Unkempt and unhieginic compartments and railway tracks

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was travelling through Igatpuri region, travelling by train from this region gives a very nice look of scenic and serene beauty of this place. But I was very disappointed to see the garbage which constitute mosty paper cups, plastics, plastic bottles etc. along the railway tracks.

I have a small suggestion: Is it possible to have dustbins in every compartment of trains (I dont think that this will cost much compared to the comfort it will give to the environment). I think that this would reduce the garbage both inside and outside trains (most of the garbage are on the tracks caused by passengers throwing used items outside the window).

The concept of dustbins are used in trains in Europeon countries.
