Dear sir indian railway passenger inquary system 139 are per day wrong information of utkal express 8477

i faced two time first time 139 call center attend and said train is right time at 7.24pm when i reached station train was late 1.30 hours.i complain to station station master when he dial139 call center reply same train is right time while train just departure pendra station and late 1.30 hours

second time at 8.30 pm i asked 139 call center attender reply train is right time and it has departured from shahdol at 7.24. while train is justcoming and late 1.35 hours

sir how indianrailway passenger inquary system get ISO award.pl take action
