Mismanagement

Respected sir,

I have a complaint regarding the mismanagement, i have witnessed during my journey in railway dated 29-04-12, in train no 12239 from mumbai to jaipur (pnr : 8701947224). The beddings were not provided by attendant at all, and passengers were asked to collect it themselves, reason being told shortage of staff. It created a lot of disturbance and difficulty to us. Please kindly take action on it so that such things will not happen in future.
