Bike not received since 14 days

I have booked my bike to parcel office kalyan on 19/06 to akola station i did all formalities like documentation and fees, that officer commit me that you will get it after 3 days, and he asked for extra money but i refuse his demand and paid only govt fees, but still i have not received yet. my name is Pavan Deshmukh from akola the receipt no is C700390.

I willing to do strict action against this corrupted employees of Railway dept. they are relay very corrupted.
