Payment kar diya but ticket nhi bani

Dear sir/mam,
I have booked tickets in IRCTC website to travel in Mandor express (12461) dated 13-07, i booked tickets on 03-07, but the payment transaction has failed and they showed some error in the server, but Rs.292 has been deducted from my account and i didn't get any ticket from IRCTC, now what should i do to get my money back? transaction id is-0521733714
