Bike not received since 15 days

I booked my bajaj pulser 150 on 19/06 at 4 pm i have given all reg. fees to them, they commit me 3 days for bike delivery at akola it was booked from kalyan to akola.bike no, MH30 U 3767, till date no body is giving response to my calls and akola office is also not showing interest in this they are asking to visit kalyan office for details.

i have refuse their money demand thats why its happens to me. i am realy very frustrated due to this, ...please help me help me... they are very pathetic employee of railway... very bad... please help me
