Bike stillnot delivered to its destination

I had booked my bike... that was to be sent from yesvanthpur station to howarah (WB). Had booked my bike on the 30/7/10..The authorities had taken proper proper charges to book my bike and had assured me that maximum within 3 days they would send the bike... They even had taken a bribe of Rs.300 so that they load the bike on the train, and they said if i dont give them the money they wont load the bike on the train, thus i paid them. Now its been a week 6/8/10..and my bike has not reached..Every day i am goin to the station out here to c if the bike has arrieved..but i was always returned disappointed. And to top it there is no system to give any kind of information regarding my cargo or its where abouts. I am even calling up at yesvantpur station number of times day and night but no 1 is taking the calls... I suppose the indian railway people are just busy sleeping drinking tea or having a gala time..and are least bothered about the duties and responsibilites that they are being paid for... they are least concerned about the harrasment which is being caused by them to me and all the other people who are facing the same plight as I am... They prove us that the INDIAN CITIZEN CANT RELY ON ITS GOVERNMENT.
