Indian railway/ I-Ticket
Complain of not canceling I-Ticket at railway reservation counter, Kalpi, Ditrict- Jaluan, Utter Pradesh (Pin Code: 285204)

Dear Sir/Madam,

The traveler Shivangi Gupta (PNR - 2649849796) is trying to canceling her I-ticket in reservation counter of Kalpi, Ditrict- Jaluan, Utter Pradesh (Pin Code: 285204) since morning at 7:30 am. But they are saying they cannot cancel ticket in this counter because this is online booked I-ticket. As per the cancellation guidelines given in irctc.co.in (" I-Ticket can be cancelled up to 72 hrs after the scheduled departure of train at any computerised reservation counter.") I-ticket can be canceled at any computerised reservation counter.

Please take some action against the responsible employee in railway reservation, Kalpi, Dist- Jalaun, Utter Pradesh.
