Charge excess fai

Dear Sir,

at the date 14 Sep.2011 we 11 passenger traveling from Nanded to jalandhar, when we sit on the seats then three persons come to our seats and demand for tickets when we show my tickets then they demand for ID proof bcoz our tickets were tatkal, when we show my id proof then the demand for id proof of a lady bcoz my mother was with me but she was no any id proof then they charge 4030 Rs. from us and when my mother demand for to reduce the charges then they fall the rupees on her face we many eyewitness of this course.thats solve so do something to solve my complaint
