Missing Vehicle (Parcel)

Hello Sir/Madam,

This is Srikanth Nutigattu, I have booked my Motor Cycle CBZ Extreme (AP 28 CC 4137) from Chennai Central Railway station to Secunderabad (Receipt no: 264789) on 10-01.

On verifying at Chennai they say that the vehicle has been sent on 11-01. But hasn't yet arrived until now (15-01).

The vehicle seems to be missing and no body has a clue where the vehicle is.

Please help me in getting my vehicle back.
