Sir,

I am a retd squadron Leader of the IAF. I am travelling as of now in dhauli express (2821) from Kharagpur to bhubaneshwar. my PNR nuber is 613-8065864. My tickest came upto WL 2. Th TT on the train has cleared WL 8, 40 and beyond obviously for a sum. While denying me a seat as well as refund as now i am travelling next to the bathroom.
