Poor time management

Train to Haridwar scheduled at 11.20 pm on 14 April. But, the train started its journey after more than three hrs. We planned our other journeys accordingly. But, it makes a lot of difficulty in jouney.

Dirty premises with the presence stray dogs, mosquitos etc.

We should be compensated for improper management of timing ans premises.

Poor customer care.
