Not received my parcel bike even after 12 days

Sir i have send my bike (Bajaj Discover 135, RJ-19 SK-6706) from parcel no K 107975 on 9-4 from BARMER (BME) to MORADABAD (MB), which i have not received even after 12 days while at the time of parcel i was informed that you can received it after two days. I request u to check the current status of my bike.
