DELAY IN TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS

It is a matter of shame and disgrace that the Indian Railways have failed to transport my luggage from Roorkee to Abu road even after 15 days have passed.
On 15/07 I booked my luggage comprising three articles that constitute books and other necessary items. It was supposed to reach ABU ROAD within a week. My luggage is still awaited and the authorities are acting ignorant and irresponsible.
It was my first experience of sending goods through the Indian Railways and obviously will be the last one. I will definitely discourage others to rely on the Indian Railways.
If at all it is of your concern to satisfy your customer's needs, please do trace my luggage. I have attached a copy of the receipt along with.
