Arrogance and corrupt nature of railway employee

My complaint is regarding the pathetic railway employee and their arrogance with people and corrupt nature. Today (21/08) went to parcel a vehicle with Indian Railways and their is no one to help you out with the procedure and on top of it they suggest middle men to get the things done. These middle men charge money any where from 900 to 1500 depending on destination. My experience with the employees is like when I demanded the form they refused and when a middle man ask that clerk he was given immediately. When I inquired about the procedure and the charges it was mere 300 Rs but these people charge money and all the people in the Railways inside are involved in this racket. Any one wanna experience just visit Railways parcel facility near cotton market, Nagpur and its evident over there openly. Employees can be seen taking bribe openly through middle men. Thus my from my experience with Indian Railyways was like they are pathetic, corrupt, arrogant and non sense. Because I believe that its better to spend extra money for an hassle free service from private player in cargo service.
