EWrratic Seat Allotment

I had booked e-ticket through irctc. PNR no.6251572508, on Ispat Express (HWH to TATA) for travel on 06.1.2011 There were more than 250 seats available. I had booked for 3 persons and had given the option of at least one window seat. Our seats alloted were diagonally apart across the passage!!! I don't think this was due to lack of 3 adjacent seats. irctc does not claim responsibility for this and the no. given by irctc to contact IR (ph:139) does not have any option to lodge this complain.
